• Question: why does time fly when your having fun?

      Hi 11sferguson!

      Because you don’t think about time when you’re having fun! The more you think about time, the longer it seems. Just like watching a kettle boil – the kettle doesn’t actually take longer, but it feels longer to you!

      Hiya 1sferguson – its all to do with the perception of time. IF you are occupied then you spend less time thinking about time so it passes without you noticing. Just the reason why some of the live chats fly by – we’re too busy answering your fantastic questions to notice that 30mins has gone by.
