      Hi gothchickforever, (cool name!)
I study Alzheimer’s disease because it is a fascinating and complex disease. There is still a huge amount that we don’t know about the disease, including why some people get it and some people don’t, which means that there are so many different things to study. It is also the most common form of dementia in the elderly and there are very few effective treatments and no cure so I hope that I can help to find new ways to treat the disease by understanding how it works.
