• Question: Why do we eat meals at certian times?

      Hi Meg – now this is a good question. We eat meals to provide us with energy and nutrients etc. needed to stay alive. As humans we eat meals as set times largely for convienice, but we also tend to eat in the day when our bodies are more active and the physiological systems are set up to deal with digestion etc. In other words – our body clock matches our physiology to what we now expect to be food times
