Hi meg,
That really depends on which drug you’re talking about because they’re all very different – some increase your heart rate and strain your heart to the point where it can stop, some can give you brain damage, others make you more likely to get infections because your immune system is lowered, others make you very addicted so you stop eating and looking after yourself properly.
So alltogether not a good idea!🙂 Sarah

It makes you very shaky and you can make your body feel like it has lots of energy (that’s what a stimulant does!) when it doesn’t, so you can wear yourself out and not get enough rest, and get very ill indeed!
But a cup or two of tea a day are fine, and make me happy. 🙂
