      Hi gpap08!

Whiplash is an injury in your neck when the neck is moved suddenly and muscles are strained! It’s a bit like any other sports injury or sprain, but because it’s in your neck and close to your head, it can be really really sore.
People usually get it in a car, when someone drives in the back of their car and their head is moved back suddenly with the impact.

      Hope you haven’t got it!

      🙂 Sarah
