      Hi again alicesaysroar!

      That depends on how thick the titanium is! If you roll it out thin like aluminium kitchen foil, then it definitely won’t be – if it’s as thick as a wall then it will!

      Actually there are strict regulations of what bullet-resistance means, so in America Type II bullet-resistant vests must not deform the wearer’s body when hit by an 9 mm caliber round nosed full-metal jacket bullet travelling at up to 358 metres per second! And a second hit 2 inches further over has to also still resist.

      Hi Alice. No titanium is not bulletproof. Not many things are actually bulletproof. Kevlar, which is used in bulletproof vests for the army and police, is made of high density polyethylene. Bulletproof glass is several layers of glass, 3 inches thick with a polymer coating between them and apparently as I have found out today depleted uranium is also bulletproof, but its very expensive!
