  We dont have a perfect cure for osteoporosis yet. There are, however, medications that work for couple of years but fail afterwards or have dangerous side effects. I am optimistic that we will find the perfect cure or closer to one in our life time.

  I haven’t worked on osteoporosis as a scientist, but my dad has a form of osteoporosis, and he’s been told that the best thing you can do is eat a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and do lots of exercise that makes your bones stronger while you are young!
