  Yes, it does! Science is basically the study of nature and environments. There are courses you can study at university that are called “environmental science”! They combine Ecology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Soil Science, Geology, Atmospheric Science and Geography to the study of the environment, and the solution of environmental problems.
