      Yes – its not just the building, fixtures and fittings, its the people that make a good lab – and I’m really lucky to work with brilliant people.

      Hi lucyjdb! I do! We moved into a brand new building recently, and it’s very shiny. Check out the pictures on my profile /strontiumj12-zone/profile/sarahmartin/. But I agree with Karen that the people are the really important part of a lab, and I’m lucky that the people I work with are friends.

      I do! The labs are all open plan which is great to get to know people and for borrowing things! But mostly it’s the people that make it a great place to work.
